Include Your Support Coordinator:
We highly recommend that your support coordinator be part of the meet and greet. Their involvement is crucial for coordinating and authorizing services. If your support coordinator is unavailable, please ensure they reach out to us promptly after the meet and greet.

Prepare for the Meet and Greet:
During the meet and greet, feel free to ask us any and all questions you may have about our services. We want to provide you with as much information as possible to make an informed decision.
This is also an excellent opportunity to introduce us to the future client, allowing us to begin building a rapport and understanding their unique needs.

After the meet and greet, your support coordinator should contact us to discuss moving forward with the service(s) of your choice. This will help us create a tailored plan to best support the future client.
